Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Musk evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Byblos is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette keeps the right density and pace of development.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. In longevity terms Very low suggests confident staying power.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect sparkling citrus first notes: Bergamot and Jasmine.

At the core of development you sense Freesia, Lily of the Valley and Rose carrying a velvety rose-iris direction.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Citrus, Whiteflower, Floral and Spicy. The framework further includes Wood and Musk.

Overall Musk sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Extremely inconspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. This perfume used to be one of my favorites, but it seems I've become more discerning over the years. Now, when women wearing this scent pass by, I feel uneasy. After trying several others, it seems too simple and even a bit outdated to me

Lorenzo Villoresi Musk is a fragrance that's simply saturated with powdery notes. For me, the natural rose accents and a huge amount of musk really stand out. The musk here is truly pleasant - powdery and a little tart, without any unpleasant nuances, even in the heat. This perfume perfectly conveys a sense of mature femininity 🌸
