Description of the composition

The composition of Kurokami unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of DI SER is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Perfume extract sets the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Whiteflower, Floral and Wood. It also reaches into Gourmet. At family level the scent maps to East and Floral.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense radiant lemon-bergamot opening note: Grapefruit.

When the opening settles you detect Jasmine and Rose holding a silky white floral direction. In the base the structure settles through Rosewood and Sandalwood, shaping a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Kurokami reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged through real development.
