History and Concept

Diesel Only The Brave, an Eau de Toilette, was launched in 2009 as part of the Only The Brave collection. Created for men, it belongs to the oriental and woody fragrance families.

The Diesel brand is a legend of denim and daring perfumery, embodying a philosophy of rebellion and freedom.

Only The Brave captures the spirit of courage instilled by founder Renzo Rosso, becoming an olfactory manifesto for the true heroes of today.

Creative Collaboration

Three outstanding perfumers worked on the fragrance: Alienor Massenet, Olivier Polge, and Pierre Wargnye.

Their collaboration gave the world a composition that balances freshness with depth, and boldness with elegance.

Character and Wear

Despite being described as having a subtle sillage, Only The Brave has a powerful inner core. It is a fragrance for evening meetings and confident decisions.

Its oriental-woody accord feels sensual and masculine, leaving an intriguing trail.

For Connoisseurs

If you enjoy Only The Brave, consider Baldessarini Ambré, Gucci Guilty Pour Homme, or Dior Oud Ispahan.

These fragrances share a similar depth and sensuality, making them worthy additions to your collection.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

What an amazing fragrance! Balsamic notes combined with leather create an incredible sensation. The freshness of lemon and mandarin is simply captivating, and the earthy accents of cedar, violet, and coriander add warmth and spice. Honestly, I don't see why it should be considered only masculine. This is something special! )))

The fragrance is generally not bad, but in my opinion, there's too much citrus. The Wild version, by the way, is much better. Here, notes of leather, styrax, and labdanum are clearly noticeable 🍊
