Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Saffron Oud is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The signature of Drops Barcelona is clear from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Wood, Amber and Spicy with each one in a clear role. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft-dry woody mood: Ambergris, Laos Oud, Nagarmotha, Saffron, Sandalwood and Woody Accord.

The heart and base are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Wood and Spicy. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Spicy and Wood.
