Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Sublime Lavender is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Edgardio Chilini is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Perfume extract emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the opening of the pyramid you detect delicate floral opening notes: Lavandin and Mandarin. Exactly these 2 notes shape an elegant floral wave that is impossible to miss.

In the heart you sense Gardenia, Lavender and Orchid carrying a creamy tuberose direction.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Wood and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Gourmet, Green, Musk and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood, Floral and Citrus. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Fern and Floral.

Taken together Sublime Lavender reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood through real development.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The approach to lavender here is really unusual. At first it seems quite monotonous, but then, on the drydown, creamy accents of gardenia and sandalwood with vanilla begin to unfold. This fragrance could be called "lavender ice cream", but honestly, it would suit men perfectly too 😮
