This fragrance really stands out from the rest, unlike anything I've encountered before. On me, it unfolds as a mix of pepper, frankincense, and camphor, also adding a bit of fruity chewing gum. Sometimes I catch a slight hint of rubber or latex in it. Overall, it leaves a pleasant impression and gives me confidence )

The address where Etienne de Swardt and his team's headquarters, as well as the Etat Libre d'Orange boutique, are located is Paris, 69 rue des Archives. This is where interesting stories begin and meetings take place that inspire the creation of new fragrances. Archives 69 was created by the current Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel and was conceived as a reflection of the brand, based on the contrast of plum and camphor. A woody-balsamic combination of transparent frankincense and patchouli serves as the background. Patchouli not only supports the camphor theme but also enhances it, while frankincense creates a soft backdrop, smoothing out sharp moments. Thanks to the cold green camphor accent, the floral-plum part sounds more intense. Although the plum here more resembles peach or apricot, it still retains a plum note. Among the flowers, lily of the valley, lily, and rose can be distinguished. Rose is clearly present in the plum accord thanks to damascones and geraniol, while lily of the valley and lily add lightness and air to the composition. When launching the fragrance, Etat Libre d'Orange could not do without provocations, as Aedes de Venustas did in 2012. Etienne de Swardt chose the slogan "Down with innocence" and created an atmosphere of temptation and sensual pleasures around the fragrance - that's exactly how we like it. Archives 69 stands out among fruity fragrances not thanks to an abstract plum accord, but thanks to the cold camphor that cuts through exotic fruits against a backdrop of silvery frankincense 🌸

As soon as I put it on, my first thought was: what is this nonsense? But then the fragrance starts to change, revealing its multifaceted notes. Incense, camphor, pepper - all this creates a dense sound. Then something floral appears, followed by sweetish nuances that make it a bit more feminine, as if it becomes more suitable for girls. But at some point, it starts to remind me of soap. It's hard to describe, almost impossible. But it's truly captivating, there's something special about it that makes you feel unique. No other fragrance has given me such a feeling. The longevity is excellent, the sillage is also noticeable - my husband immediately noticed. This perfume will definitely take a worthy place in my collection, and not in the last roles. Simply super!)))

What kind of nonsense, not a fragrance. If this isn't bubblegum in church, then what is Encens et Bubblegum ELDO? Honestly, it only causes disgust. I don't understand how one can wear this. Complete rubbish, not perfume.

I only smelled this scent on a blotter, but even then it left a pleasant impression. Powdery and lipstick notes, as if I'd returned to the past, but then a sharp latex accent appears, which is simply shocking. It's amazing how such a smell can evoke such associations! This is really strange and unusual, but at the same time very characteristic of this brand. It won't leave anyone indifferent, that's for sure!

The smell of this perfume just kills me. It reminds me of camphor and chewing gum, and this combination doesn't leave me for a second. From start to finish, this strange duo is felt. The bottle, of course, must be in the collection, but damn, how it upsets me!

The first things I detect are pepper, frankincense, and camphor; they sound quite soft. Perhaps this is thanks to the plum, which adds sweetness. The composition isn't loud, and the sillage isn't too noticeable. Suitable for any occasion and time 🌟
