Fragrance information:

Night Scented Jasmine Floris, unveiled in 2006, is classified as a feminine fragrance, falling within the green and floral families. The fragrance belongs to the floral and whiteflower groups. A fragrance from the Signature collection, in eau de toilette.

Expect a delicate sillage: a quiet, intimate presence. Recommended dosage: 2-3 sprays on skin, 4 and more sprays on clothing. Every application feels like a little ritual — longevity is low. Country of origin — the United Kingdom: no wonder the fragrance turned out this refined. Night Scented Jasmine Floris unfolds gradually, effortlessly, and with great refinement — a perfect choice for day or evening.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Night Scented Jasmine is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Floris is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Floral, Whiteflower, Citrus and Green. It also reaches into Ambery, Wood, Musk and Earthy / Mossy.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect sparkling citrus first notes: Citrus accord, Green Chord, Mandarin and Neroli.

In the middle phase you sense Gardenia, Iris, Jasmine, Lily, Mimosa and Narcissus holding a silky white floral direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Powdery and Amber enrich the profile without taking over. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. In wear duration Low points to a sustained drydown presence.

In summary Night Scented Jasmine reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth

With such a set of notes, I expected to be simply blown away by a floral bouquet, but in reality, it just smells like body cream. Not bad, but nothing more. It's clearly not on par with classics and history
