Description of the composition

The scent of Imperial Iris is built as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Floris is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Citrus, Green, Aquatic and Floral. It also reaches into Ambery, Wood and Musk. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Citrus and Fern.

Right at the start you sense grassy-green opening notes: Bergamot, Black currant leaf, Lavender and Marine accord.

In the heart you detect Geranium, Neroli, Petitgrain and Rose carrying a velvety rose-iris direction.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood, Powdery, Amber and Marine add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
