Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy Eau Florale: An Exquisite Floral Symphony

Imagine a fragrance that feels like a gentle kiss of the spring breeze: Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy Eau Florale, released in 2012, is an eau de toilette created for women seeking elegant freshness.

In Russia, it is affectionately called "Odemuazel Zhivanshi Floral," which highlights its Parisian charm.

This perfume belongs to the floral family and is part of the iconic Eaudemoiselle collection by Givenchy — a brand synonymous with Parisian elegance, founded by the aristocrat of spirit Hubert de Givenchy in 1952.

From the first spray, it transports you to a world of refined femininity, where each note plays its part in a harmonious symphony.

Fragrance Pyramid: From Freshness to Sensuality

The fragrance Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy Eau Florale unfolds as a multi-layered story, starting with the sparkling freshness of the top notes and gradually transitioning to a warm, enveloping base.

Its pyramid masterfully combines fruity, floral, musky, and woody accents, creating a balance between playfulness and depth.

Like a true perfumery masterpiece, it evolves on the skin, offering different shades of mood throughout the day.

For Whom and When: Positioning and Wearability

This feminine fragrance is ideal for everyday elegance: its medium trail leaves a delicate trace without overwhelming the space.

As an eau de toilette, it offers a light yet lasting formula — just 1 to 2 sprays on the skin or on clothing is enough to enjoy it all day.

It is perfect for spring and summer days, dates, the office, or city strolls, providing confidence and lightness.

Givenchy and the Eaudemoiselle Collection: A History of Elegance

Givenchy, with its rich heritage in fashion and perfumery, embodies in Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy Eau Florale the spirit of the modern Parisian woman — independent, stylish, and feminine.

The Eaudemoiselle collection, to which this fragrance belongs, is renowned for its airy, floral interpretations, reflecting the brand's DNA through the lens of youth and grace.

Its release in 2012 strengthened Givenchy's position as a master of affordable luxury, offering fragrances that speak the language of the heart.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The scent is quite light and delicate. I don't smell rose here, it rather reminds me of wild rose flowers or something in that vein. Pear and grapefruit are also clearly noticeable. Unfortunately, the longevity leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's a pleasant spring scent that's perfect for young women

Sad to remember such scents. This light rose with light sweetness and freshness takes you to the past. It evokes tenderness, but also a sense of loss

Choosing my first spring fragrances, I stumbled upon this limited-edition wonder on a shelf labeled "spring-summer". I put it on my skin and, it seems, got lost in it. The wild rose, which my husband loves so much, became my first spring scent. The pyramid, though incomplete, looks like this: top notes are pear and grapefruit, heart notes are hamanasu and water jasmine, and base notes are woody notes and musk. The author is Evelyne Boulanger, although François Demachy is sometimes mentioned, but he's more known for the flagship fragrance. Hamanasu, I found it in only ten fragrances, smells fresh and captivating, like wild rose. Water jasmine is also interesting - it reminds me of jasmine, but more delicate. All this combined with bitter grapefruit and crisp pear creates a fragrance that is both sensual and feminine. Longevity is about three hours, longer on clothes, sillage is close to the skin, but still captivating and sexy

The scent is really nice, with light citrus notes. It's perfect for special occasions and holidays. But for everyday wear, it feels a bit too intense)))

Doesn't leave much of an impression. The fruity and floral notes just blend into something indistinct, and the citrus accent is totally unclear - is it bergamot or something else, you can't even tell. Longevity is disappointing, two hours tops. This little pink bottle scent, but sadly, Givenchy just doesn't impress like it used to. Too much synthetic stuff, and you can smell the sharp alcohol right from the first spray. The bottle looks better than what's inside. )

I first smelled this fragrance about 12 years ago, when it just came out on the market. I decided to test it out at duty-free. I really liked it. So light, feminine, and sophisticated. You can feel something from the main fragrance in it, but this flanker has its own unique personality. I didn't buy it though, because it seemed not long-lasting enough to me 😕

What a damn beautiful scent, when you smell it on someone else! Morning roses, so innocent, with a fruity sweetness, I clearly detect pear, especially. But, damn it, this combination of pear and rose is definitely not for me. Even in such light compositions, I find it heavy

A floral scent, for sure, I had it and enjoyed using it. But now I don't feel like going back to it anymore. It's good for work, really light. It creates a sweetish, fresh background, but honestly, many will probably take it for laundry detergent. ))

I found the scent pretty bland. Nothing special about it! It's got a lot of rose, fruit, and woody notes in the drydown, but there are tons of similar compositions out there. Such a shame it's nothing like the classic version

The bottle makes me think of an owner who clearly has refined femininity. But the scent itself... I can't say it's completely bland, but it's just too ordinary. The rose, which smells pretty mediocre, doesn't leave a strong impression. Kinda sad that expectations aren't met!!!

What a wonderful, light, and fresh scent! It just captivates with its tenderness and youthfulness. You can feel a delicate rose in it, so young and fresh, as well as juicy pear and bright citruses!! The longevity, admittedly, isn't too high, but it stays so close to the skin that it's even pleasant. A real feast for the senses

A rose, as if freshly picked, delicately plays with notes of pear and wood, adding a citrusy freshness to it. The scent is light and unobtrusive, perfect for summer. It's like it whispers compliments, leaving a mysterious trail behind it
