Description of the composition

The composition of Corps & Ames is shaped as a layered story, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Godet is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense dry woody first notes: Cedar and Sandalwood. Exactly these 2 notes shape lasting warm resonance that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the heart you notice Patchouli holding a structural woody direction. At drydown level the structure settles through Ambergris and Frankincense, shaping a deep amber trail.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Wood and Amber without random overlap. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Wood, Ambery, Balsamic and Spicy. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Spicy and Wood.
