Fragrance information:

Jade888 joined the Hermetica portfolio in 2018. A unisex fragrance rooted in the floral and green families. The talent of Clara Molloy is written all over this bottle. By character, it falls into the green, musk, and spicy groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of whiteflower can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. Part of the Emerald Stairways collection, available as eau de parfum.

Expect a noticeable sillage — enough to be remembered, not enough to overwhelm. This fragrance doesn't rush to leave — you can count on high longevity. Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Jade888 is shaped as an expressive line of development, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Hermetica comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

In a unified mixed pyramid the fragrance opens as a single chord with a warm spicy mood: Ginger, Green Chord, Iris and Lily of the Valley.

The deeper layers are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral and Powdery forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which clarifies the composition character. In longevity terms High indicates a stable lasting impression.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Green, Musk, Spicy and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Floral and Earthy / Mossy.

Overall Jade888 reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
High (5 to 12 hours)

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The smell is really strange. It brings back memories of a market where fish swim in buckets. There's always a specific aroma in such places. This brand left me puzzled

This flower is simply oversaturated with indole. The opening is pure floral nonsense. I smell jasmine here, not lily of the valley, maybe it's ginger showing off. The scent is oppressive, monotonous, and heavy. Longevity is, of course, excellent, but the sillage is just a nightmare 😤

The scent is truly unusual. It feels like you're immersing yourself in a tropical world where the leaves of lush plants are bursting with freshness. This tart scent leaves a vivid impression, as if you've dived into true exoticism. Overall, a pretty interesting choice that definitely won't leave you indifferent

Lilies of the valley surrounded by greenery, and ginger adds a sharp kick. Musk becomes noticeable closer to the base. Real tropics!
