Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Ghostdance is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Ikiryo is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a tempting sweet mood: Cocoa, Costus, Coumarin, Oud, Sugar, Tobacco and Tolu balsam. Here 7 notes act as one voice, forming a delicious gourmand trail that feels seamless.

The heart and base are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Animalistic, Balsamic, Gourmet and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Musc, Wood and Alcoholic enrich the profile without taking over.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Gourmet, Floral, Sweet and Wood. The palette also extends to Balsamic, Drinks, Fruit and Musk.

Taken together Ghostdance sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.
