Description of the composition

The scent of Rêves de Papillon evolves as a living composition, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Ikiryo is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a warm incense mood: Almond, Benzoin, Frankincense, Heliotrope, Immortelle, Patchouli and Peach. In this format 7 notes sound as one integrated frame, creating meditative density that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The middle and base stages are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Balsamic, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Wood expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Gourmet, Balsamic, Floral and Wood. The palette also extends to Fruit. At family level the composition sits in East and Fruit.

Taken together Rêves de Papillon reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best judged on skin.
