This fragrance is simply awful. The spices are overwhelming, and the plum's tartness only causes disgust. Lavender and woody notes don't save the situation, they just add to the overall heaviness. It looks as bad on the skin as it smells. For women who don't respect themselves 😒

Hey! What kind of nonsense is this, huh? "The Sample" is something, sure, but it's not the best among INITIO's Oud fragrances. Yes, the company tries, but it doesn't always work out. Its opening seems fresh, but with a sour note, so what? Green plum? Who needs that! Then it develops into some sweet woody accords, but that's not impressive. Oud notes with lavender and sage? Yes, they're there, but not as beautiful as everyone says. Cozy? I don't know, I'm not comfortable. A woody-powdery, creamy base? Come on, it's just an ordinary scent that lasts long, but nothing more. Do I still smell it after a shower? Maybe it's just me. A new fragrance always seems better than it actually is. All in all, INITIO certainly tries, but calling it a masterpiece is a strong statement
