Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Rococo Soleil unfolds as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Joop! is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

As soon as the fragrance opens you catch radiant jasmine opening notes: Jasmine and Pineapple. Exactly these 2 notes shape light sensuality that is impossible to miss.

In the middle phase you detect Bergamot, Freesia, Lemon, Magnolia and Rose carrying a opulent floral direction.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Amber and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Whiteflower, Fruit, Citrus and Floral. The palette also extends to Ambery, Spicy, Wood and Gourmet. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Floral and Fruit.

Taken together Rococo Soleil sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.
