Description of the composition

The composition of Tresor Eau De Printemps unfolds as a layered story, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The signature of Lancôme comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette supports the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood, Gourmet and Musk. From a family perspective the scent maps to Floral.

From the first breath you meet radiant lemon-bergamot opening notes: Clementine and Red currant.

When the opening settles you meet Camellia and Lily of the Valley keeping a velvety rose-iris direction.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Wood and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

In summary Tresor Eau De Printemps sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best experienced in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

First, there's a sour-bitter aftertaste, and then everything turns into a soapy trail. Only a vanilla base remains on the skin, but overall it's not impressive 😔
