Description of the composition

The composition of Ambre Passion Elixir is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Laura Mercier comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a inspiring floral mood: Ambergris, Apricot, Geranium, Jasmine, Patchouli, Rose and Saffron.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Amber and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.
