The olfactory structure of Fleur Riesling unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Mair Botanics is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Citrus, Fruit and Mineral with each one in a clear role. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a multi-layered berry mood: Apple, Earthy Notes, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Minerals and Passion fruit. In this case 7 notes work as one integrated frame, building sweet sensation of summer nectar that reads as cohesive from the start.
