Description of the composition

The composition of Ziryab evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The style of Majda Bekkali is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Floral, Wood, Amber and Spicy without random overlap. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character. In longevity terms High suggests confident staying power. In projection Noticeable describes the way the scent radiates.

At the opening of the pyramid you detect delicate floral top note: Tulip.

In the central layer you detect Atlas Cedar, Oud and Saffron holding a velvety sandalwood direction. At the foundation the composition is fixed through Ambergris, extending a dense amber trail.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Ambery, Floral, Spicy and Wood. The framework further includes Gourmet and Whiteflower. At family level the scent maps to East and Floral.

In summary Ziryab holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best experienced on skin.

The fragrance is interesting, of course, but I wouldn't say it's an absolute delight. Mysterious, yes, but it's more like some intrusive stench. At first, I couldn't understand what nonsense it was, but then, apparently, I got used to it and started to come to terms with it. In the end, maybe it became a little more pleasant, but I wouldn't call it a pleasure

At first, the oriental notes simply captivated me! But over time, I noticed they weren't as appealing anymore. This fragrance reminds me of herbs, spices, and spring flowers. Overall, it's become less interesting than it was initially

The smell of spring for me is something special. When the garden soil starts to warm up after a long winter, and the first shoots of tulips and daffodils appear, it's simply a miracle! At the beginning of the perfume, the notes are such that it feels like you've just buried your nose in a flower, and now you need to shake off the bright pollen from it!!! Freshly cut flowers on a sweet amber base - that's wonderful. But I miss the woodiness and sensuality. I'll definitely try it again in spring

The scent really does resemble a tulip, but not entirely, rather its dark core. I also pick up notes of pencil lead, like from a regular pencil, and the presence of oud. It's bright, but not enough to knock you off your feet. An interesting scent, but I don't agree with it
