The olfactory structure of Cassis Gourmand is shaped as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Marcus Spurway is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Spicy, Citrus, Floral and Gourmet. It also reaches into Fruit, Green and Wood.

Right at the start you detect petal-airy top notes: Anise, Bergamot, Heliotrope and Neroli.

In the heart you detect Almond, Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Violet leaf holding a soft nectarous direction. At drydown level the structure settles through Patchouli, Rosewood, Tonka bean and Vanilla, reinforcing a deep woody trail.
