Description of the composition

The composition of Love Kills unfolds as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Masque Milano is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Animalistic, Floral, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a architectural woody mood: Amber, Ambrette, Animalistic notes, Cedar, Geranium, Patchouli and Rose.

The inner phases are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Ambery, Green, Animals and Wood. It also reaches into Floral, Gourmet and Whiteflower. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to East and Floral.

Love Kills is primarily a rose that initially sounds with bright berries and blackcurrant. But this feeling quickly fades, and the fragrance loses its brightness. Berries are replaced by unexpressive notes of patchouli and geranium, and woody accents make the composition flat and completely uninteresting. In the end, only the bitterness of disappointment remains
