Description of the composition

The composition of Master X Master is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Monet's Palette is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Floral, Fruit, Citrus and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Musk, Green and Gourmet.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a inspiring floral mood: Bergamot, Freesia, Lily of the Valley, Magnolia, Musk, Peony and Red currant.

The inner phases are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. In wear duration High indicates a stable lasting impression.

Taken together Master X Master reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Avon's 'Wink' re-release was a total letdown. Why even touch something that's already a classic?😒 The bottle looks kinda weird, and using it is pure torture. I found the original though, and now I'm just so happy I got rid of that nonsense

The blackcurrant and magnolia scent is generally not bad, it creates an atmosphere as if you step into Monet's world of paintings, especially those depicting water lilies. The bottle looks stylish and high-quality, without unnecessary details, which is pleasing to the eye. It's a great gift for girls and women. Although for me the scent is a bit weak, it's still pleasant 😊

It's so amazing how such a floral composition can be so feminine! Breathing in these delicate notes is such a pleasure. Freesia and magnolia are simply gorgeous, they really stand out. And by the way, the bottle is just something else, such a design is impressive

The Master X Master fragrance is a real gem! Nathalie Lorson created an amazing floral composition that conveys all the charm of a spring garden. Although it might seem less vibrant than impressionist paintings, its lilac-purple palette creates a stunning atmosphere. Crisp rhubarb notes and light citrus add freshness, as if opening doors to a blooming garden.

At the forefront, you can feel irises, peonies, and freesias, harmoniously intertwined without overshadowing each other. And in the shade of this imaginary garden, a magnolia lurks with its waxy petals and salty nuances. A vanilla-musk accord unites all the flowers, creating a delicate background.

This work by Nathalie Lorson will definitely appeal to those who appreciate classic floral fragrances. Nowadays, such high-quality and non-trendy perfumes are rare. It's amazing how she managed to create something so unique! ))
