Description of the composition

The note pyramid in Still Life in Rio begins with an invigorating and refreshing start, where ginger, lemon, mandarin, mint, and yuzu create an explosion of citrus freshness with a spicy nuance, instantly awakening the senses.

In the heart of the composition, a warmer and more exotic character unfolds thanks to black pepper, coconut water, hot pepper (chili), and pink pepper (red berries), which add depth and spiciness, reminiscent of the tropical breezes of Rio.

The fragrance base envelops with persistent and sensual notes of copaiba balsam, leather accord, and rum, creating a long-lasting and memorable finish with nuances of sweetness and earthiness.

This multi-layered development makes the fragrance dynamic and intriguing, perfectly conveying the energy and contrasts of Brazilian culture.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The fragrance opens with delicate citrus notes and a light ginger, then transitions to spicy accents, which are also quite soft. In the base, there's coconut water with a barely perceptible hint of leather. I don't detect rum, and perhaps that's even for the best. Overall, everything sounds very harmonious, but it seems like something is missing

This fragrance is currently the best for me among all I've tried from this brand. On such gloomy days, it gives a bright and fresh citrus boost that really lifts my spirits )

The scent is really interesting, it transports you to the tropics with notes of citrus. Here you can catch mint, sweet coconut, as well as various spices and pepper. Towards the heart, it becomes fresher and more masculine, but coconut water adds lightness and a tropical atmosphere. If you look at the promo photos, they perfectly convey the mood of the fragrance: bright, lively, and atmospheric, creating a full picture of what to expect 🌴

The fragrance is really interesting. It opens with fresh citruses that blend perfectly with spices and a light coconut accent. When you reach the base, you feel leather, slightly soaked in rum, but it's not intrusive, rather like a light veil. It creates the feeling that you are in a hot country at sunset, watching the lively life on the shore 🌅

The fragrance is light, with citrus notes, quite pleasant and warm. There's something of heated sand in it, but, honestly, the longevity leaves much to be desired. The citruses, of course, last longer than usual, but overall it didn't make a big impression on me. That's about it, I don't know, maybe I expected more

The scent reminds me of yuzu with spices, like in Still Life, but here it's less sweet and lighter. Coconut water adds freshness and makes it more airy 🌿
