The composition of Mousse de Chêne unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Outremer is clear in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Earthy / Mossy.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a mossy-forest mood: Oak moss. Here 1 note works as one coherent layer, building earthy depth that feels seamless.
