Fragrance information:

Smell Bent is a brand that is not afraid to be funny and provocative. Its Mirror Ball fragrance, released in 2012, is vivid proof of that.

This unisex Eau de Parfum belongs to the fougère and woody fragrance families. It was created by perfumer Brent Leonesio, known for his unconventional approach.

Mirror Ball does not try to be serious—it plays, reflects the light, and draws attention. It is a fragrance for those who love to stand out and are not afraid to experiment.

Positioning and projection

The fragrance is aimed at everyone who appreciates originality and is positioned as unisex.

Its very strong projection makes Mirror Ball an ideal choice for evenings out and special occasions—you are sure to be noticed.

When to wear it and who it is for

With its spicy, woody, and floral notes, Mirror Ball reveals itself best in cool weather, in autumn or spring.

It is gender-neutral, but will especially appeal to those who love rich, complex compositions with character.

Description of the composition

The Mirror Ball composition is built around four key notes: incense lends a mysterious resinous quality, hyacinth brings fresh greenery, jasmine adds a sensual floral accent, while a woody accord creates a warm base.

Together, they create a playful yet deep blend—a true disco ball in the world of fragrance.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Incense, woody accents, and hyacinth flowers with jasmine. At first glance, nothing strange, but in reality, the scent turned out to be sharp, with green watery hyacinth. It reminds me of something from the Lush collection, but I can't quite say if I like it or not 🤔
