Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of L'Oudh is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Tauer Perfumes is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Balsamic, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a architectural woody mood: Labdanum, Laos Oud, Nagarmotha, Sandalwood, Vetiver and musk.

The middle and base stages are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Balsamic, Wood and Musk. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Wood.

In summary L'Oudh reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Terrible scent, just a nightmare! Smells like someone mixed old resin with dried herbs. But, you know, there's something appealing about it, it sounds quite sophisticated and gentle 😒
