Description of the composition

The composition of Pour Homme evolves as an expressive line of development, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Ted Lapidus is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Fairy, Citrus, Spicy and Aromatic. The framework further includes Whiteflower, Leather, Wood and Animals. From a family perspective the scent maps to Fern and Wood.

Right at the start you catch invigorating sunny top notes: Aldehydes, Bergamot, Coriander and Lemon.

When the opening settles you notice Jasmine, Leather accord, Patchouli, Spruce and Vetiver holding a spicy-woody direction.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Animalistic, Balsamic, Aromatic and Citrus forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Floral, Musc, Wood and Leather expand the olfactory volume in the background.
