Fragrance information:

Jeans Men Trussardi, brought to life in 2004, is marketed as a masculine fragrance, rooted in the fern and wood families. By character, it falls into the wood and fruit groups. An eau de toilette — light-footed, but utterly unforgettable.

It carries a moderate sillage, leaving a trail that lingers pleasantly in the air. This fragrance doesn't rush to leave — you can count on high longevity. Country of origin — Italy: no wonder the fragrance turned out this refined. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Description of the composition

The composition of Jeans Men unfolds as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The style of Trussardi comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette sets the depth and body this composition needs.

As soon as the fragrance opens you meet vibrant berry top notes: Blackcurrant and Fig Leaf. These 2 notes set sweet sensation of summer nectar that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the middle phase you notice Lychee, Rosemary and Vetiver keeping a tempting fruity direction.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Aromatic, Fruit, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration High indicates a stable lasting impression.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Fruit, Wood, Green and Aromatic. The framework further includes Musk.

Taken together Jeans Men reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

A blackcurrant and citrus scent, well-blended, really leaves a noticeable sillage. It reminds me of those aggressive perfumes that were popular in the early 2000s, but now they're not so easy to find in stores, and they cost a lot, like Zanzibar by Van Cleef. But, honestly, for that price, this scent isn't impressive 😕
