Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Divine Elixir evolves as an expressive line of development, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Yves d`Orgeval is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Very low indicates a stable lasting impression. In trail behavior Weak shows the style of diffusion around the wearer.

Right at the start you detect radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Bergamot, Blackcurrant and Tangerine.

When the opening settles you meet Coconut, Jasmine, Peach and Rose keeping a tempting fruity direction.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Whiteflower and Floral. The framework further includes Musk, Wood and Gourmet. At family level the composition sits in East and Floral.

Overall Divine Elixir reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
Low (1 to 2 hours)
2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

These blackcurrant marmalades with candied rose petals and coconut - that's just way too much. The scent is so sickly sweet it's nauseating. The sweetness just pounds on your brain, it's too monotonous and intrusive 😤

The fragrance is really sweet, with notes of blackcurrant and rose, but you can also feel coconut and white flower nectar. It's bright and intense, though, unlike another fragrance, a bit monotonous. The floral-coconut sweetness sounds confident and doesn't fade
