Jacques Battini Perle
The apple violets here are indeed familiar, but don't you think the new Guerlain Météorites are like a fall from grace? The fragrance is, without a doubt, executed at a high level; for me, it's associated with purity and femininity 🌸
To the fragrance:
Jeanne Arthes Love Generation Pin Up
I can't say it's anything outstanding. Citrus notes, rose, and musk - it all sounds quite banal. The execution is, generally speaking, not bad, but nothing more. As for longevity, don't even dream about it; it's simply non-existent 😔
To the fragrance:
Dior Dior Homme 2020
The scent, of course, isn't a masterpiece, but the quality is top-notch, it smells pleasant. Essentially, you first get fresh bergamot and cedar, and then a sweetish woodiness appears. All the stages of development are quite simple. Suitable for any age and occasion. The longevity is simply excellent, you could even say very good
To the fragrance:
The Merchant of Venice Rosa Moceniga
A beautiful, rich, and sensual rose! There's an abundance of roses here, which I absolutely love! I saw something similar to Izia by Sisley. It also has such a magnificent rose! And, by the way, in Rive Gauche, the price for 100 ml is roughly the same
To the fragrance:
Khalis Alanoud
Classic Arabian perfumery - it's just wild. The wood is so dense, it feels like it's drowned in vanilla syrup. It clings to the skin stubbornly, no matter how much you try to wash it off, it'll only leave when it feels like it. Don't think it's loud - you won't suffocate anyone, it's only noticeable at close proximity. Many will like it, even those who usually keep their distance from Arabian scents
To the fragrance:
Estée Lauder Sensuous
Out of this entire collection, Nude, Noir caught my eye the most. But Sensuous, unfortunately, didn't work for me. Though its quality is really high. The fragrance isn't bad, of course, it's just, apparently, not for me. It reminds me of something like Kenzo's Elephant perfume
To the fragrance:
Prada Candy Gloss
This flanker, in my opinion, is much more interesting than the old candy. It has more of a cherry nuance, like sweet caramel. The fragrance, of course, isn't the most serious, but many might like it. I clearly detect cherry, heliotrope, almond, and floral notes. Although I'm not a fan of this series, this version is still not bad 😔
