Description of the composition

Pyramid and Development: The note pyramid of Louve is a journey from sweet playfulness to deep sensuality.

At the start, the top note of almond greets you, creating a nutty-sweet chord reminiscent of an exquisite dessert.

In the heart of the fragrance, jasmine and rose intertwine, adding floral tenderness and romance, while musk brings warmth and a skin-like nuance, making the composition more intimate.

The base consists of ambergris, Madagascan vanilla and resins, which together create a long-lasting, enveloping finale with oriental notes.

The fragrance belongs to the groups floral, gourmand, musky, spicy and white floral, making it multifaceted and continuously unfolding on the skin.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The almond here smells like it's overdone, and the cyanide note gives a sense of something dangerous. At first, the fragrance is simply deafening, but then, as if it fades into the background, a floral component appears. In the end, it's more like creamy lilac, but with a lingering bitter aftertaste

Lots of almond in the fragrance, and then - boom, rose and jasmine appear, enveloped in musk. A sweetish vanilla aftertaste is also noticeable. It's a shame they don't make such charming bottles anymore, now only rectangular ones sit on the shelves

The fragrance is original, of course, but it's worth remembering that it develops differently on everyone 🤷‍♀️ I don't know how 'Louve' will smell on warm skin, but on me, I caught almond and jasmine, then again that same almond, so cool, not warm ❄️ I understand why many associate it with cold snow, but you won't be able to seduce anyone with it 😒 Maybe someone thinks otherwise, but I'm just sharing my own impressions. Overall, the scent is pleasant and unusual, and the longevity is also decent

On me, the fragrance first opens with notes of cherry pits, and then transitions into almond. It smells very feminine, almost creamy, like an almond cream. On the skin, the scent is quite delicate, which is surprising, with a light retro touch. I really liked it )

Louve (She-Wolf) - a name that immediately piques interest. It brought to mind the image of a daring girl on a motorcycle. But, unfortunately, this fragrance didn't become my favorite. It gives me a headache. The taste of a marzipan bar comes to mind, but there's too much almond. At first, it's sharp, and then it becomes softer and sweeter. Rose also breaks through in the dry-down, but overall, the impression is mixed ))))

Hi everyone))) So I found my fragrance, which has been a real discovery for me) When I applied it to my skin, I realized it was exactly what I was looking for))))) At first, I couldn't understand why this scent was associated with a she-wolf) I went into a translator, and it popped up as elle-loup) And in ancient Rome, "lupa," or she-wolf, was used as a term for prostitutes) I don't mean to say this fragrance is for women of loose morals, but it emphasizes our natural instincts. I think Lutens wanted to show that we, women, are created to delight, seduce, and be ourselves)))) 🌟

Every time I open a bottle of this perfume, I'm filled with surprise. How did I ever live without it before? It's simply a MIRACLE! I want to inhale it again and again. The scent is soft, sweet, and feminine, yet so subtle. I don't understand why it's called "She-Wolf." I don't feel any wild energy in it, and there's no winter either - rather, it's cozy and warming, like a warm blanket. It's especially nice to wear in winter. It's a shame I don't have enough for a full bottle, I have to make do with decants and cherish it. Oh, what a fragrance it is!

the fragrance I tried left only negative impressions. the almond here smells too sharp, and the cherry pit adds some strange heaviness. jasmine and rose, it would seem, should soften it, but no, they only make the situation worse. in the base, all of this turns into something suffocating with almond and vanilla, which only causes disgust. I don't understand how anyone could love this

The first fragrance I bought from this brand is simply unbearable. It starts with almond, and yes, it's bright, but this bitterness with a wine aftertaste is just irritating. When it develops, it becomes sweet, but not in a pleasant way, more like someone forgot to clean up a spoiled dessert. The musk note is too intrusive, the sweetness is simply suffocating. Rose and jasmine? Yes, they add femininity, but against the backdrop of this amber and resins, everything seems too heavy and suffocating. In short, this almond "pleasure" feels more like torture

The fragrance is dense, sweet, with notes of vanilla and flowers. Almond is clearly felt in it, and resinous accents add depth. Overall, it's quite rich and might seem too heavy for everyday wear

The fragrance is undeniably beautiful. The almond in it is cold and ringing, but the animalic note adds a certain heaviness. Alas, it's too quiet, leaving no sillage. It's more something for oneself, but I want something brighter and more memorable

I applied this fragrance and was absolutely delighted by what it evoked. The sweet almond is simply gorgeous, rich, and bright. It feels like it's perfectly suited for the colder seasons, especially autumn and winter. I'm already in love with it! The main thing is not to overdo it with the amount, otherwise you can easily overpower its beauty, especially if you spray it. It's best to apply it directly to the skin 💖

This Lutens perfume, like all his creations, evokes mixed feelings. The scent is more of a mood than a collection of individual notes. Almond is certainly present, but I can't distinguish it purely. Louve Serge Lutens for me isn't just a fragrance, but a whole world of sensations. It reminds me of something wild and primal, of wolf fur, thick and coarse, with a light undercoat. I recall it, and a sadness settles in my soul, as if something important has slipped away

Today I finally received my long-awaited bottle! I waited several months for delivery, and now I have it. The almond in the top notes isn't just for show - it's genuinely interesting, with a cool and slightly bitter nuance, though unfortunately, it doesn't last long. I only smell it for about 10-15 minutes, and then floral notes start to emerge. Rose dominates, a bit of vanilla, and something resinous adds depth. The fragrance is simply wonderful, it gets a bit powdery on the skin. I'm absolutely thrilled

This fragrance truly surprises with its longevity. It's suitable not just for summer or winter, but for any time of year. Especially in winter, even after washing, a faint trail lingers on clothes. It's so subtle and barely noticeable that sometimes it feels like it's not even there. On me, it develops for about ten hours, though possibly longer, but I stop perceiving it by then
