Mancera Wild Python: Wild Elegance in a Bottle

In 2018, the French perfume house Mancera introduced the versatile fragrance Wild Python, which became part of the Wild Collection.

This release, created as a unisex perfume, quickly gained attention from connoisseurs due to its bold character and luxurious composition.

The brand Mancera, founded in 2008, is renowned for combining French sophistication and oriental motifs, making its fragrances unique and memorable.

Wild Python is a vivid example of this approach, offering a rich and emotional olfactory story.

Positioning and How to Wear Wild Python

As an eau de parfum, Wild Python has longevity and intensity, perfectly suited for those seeking a fragrance with character.

Its medium sillage provides a delicate presence without overwhelming others, making it appropriate for daily use and special occasions.

For optimal effect, it is recommended to apply 1 to 2 sprays on the skin and 1 to 2 sprays on clothing.

This allows the fragrance to unfold gradually, emphasizing its multifaceted nature and durability.

The Creative Genius of Pierre Montale

Behind the creation of Wild Python is the talented perfumer Pierre Montale, known for his work at the Mancera house and his ability to combine traditional oriental chords with modern trends.

His approach gives the fragrance depth and complexity, characteristic of the brand's best creations.

Description of the composition

Wild Python Note Pyramid: From Freshness to Sensuality

The Wild Python composition begins with a bright burst of top notes: Calabrian bergamot offers citrus freshness, while osmanthus and peach add floral sweetness and juiciness, and tuberose introduces white floral elegance.

At the heart of the fragrance, deeper chords unfold: jasmine and orange blossom (neroli) create a rich floral bouquet, which is softened by patchouli, adding woody earthiness.

The base completes the composition with warm and sensual notes: Madagascan vanilla envelops with sweet spiciness, while musk imparts a leathery softness and longevity, leaving an unforgettable trail.

What complete nonsense. Good thing there are blotters, otherwise I don't know what I'd do. This fragrance went straight into the trash. The sweetness and tuberose just hit you in the nose, a feeling of flatness and vulgarity, like I'm back in the noughties

if we're talking about her, she's not cute at all, but rather bold and provocative. Tuberose here is like a predator, attacking from the first notes, and at first, it's even hard to breathe. Over time, the fragrance becomes more harmonious and soft, but this girl still has character, definitely not an angel

This scent only attracted me because of the talk about its similarity to Kilian's fragrance. Don't make my mistakes. This is just a suffocating something, completely unlike what I expected. The name, by the way, fully corresponds to the content. Python. And indeed, merciless

No, this is definitely not Sheba or Good Girl, it's a completely different fragrance. You can immediately tell it's this brand's work. It has a distinctive sound that is characteristic of most of their perfumes

I can't say that this fragrance reminds me of Kilian's GGG or Sheba. At first glance, it might seem like there's something in common, but that's not actually the case. Python feels different, it's more intense and thick, with a distinct vanilla note. 🌸

The fragrance resembles Kilian's Good Girl, but it's more intense and dense. There are no tobacco notes here, but the tuberose sounds brighter. Its oriental character makes it viscous and long-lasting, which is a pleasant surprise

The fragrance is simply gorgeous, it envelops and relaxes, giving positive emotions. Vanilla with white flowers and fruity powder create an incredibly pleasant combination that delights. The scent lasts a long time, which is also a big plus 🌸

The fragrance evokes mixed feelings in me. I can't say I'm thrilled, especially considering I'm not a fan of Kilian. The smell of cigarettes seems to overpower all other notes, not even peaches save the situation. But the tuberose here is truly impressive. The predatory nature of the scent is noticeable, and so far I've only tried a decant, but perhaps it's worth revisiting. I didn't detect any retro notes, nor did I notice any similarity to Kilian. Nevertheless, the fragrance still seems brighter and more intense. Everyone has their preferences. I don't recommend buying it without testing

The fragrance definitely attracts attention, but it has a serious downside-it's excessively intense and sharp. If these notes were toned down a bit, it would become much more refined, and it would be more pleasant to wear. As it is, it's too intrusive 😅

Mancera has always been to my liking, just like Montale. But this time something went wrong. The scent turned out to be too harsh and cloying, and in a small amount, it's felt especially strongly. I agree with those who left negative reviews. Usually, Mancera's fragrances are bright, but here there's too much chemistry and sweetness, which causes sadness and disappointment 😔

Tuberose here just explodes, and peach adds an interesting accent. Patchouli gives it depth, and this fragrance definitely won't leave you indifferent. It's feminine, but at the same time very powerful and long-lasting. Overall, the impression is mixed, but definitely memorable ))

The fragrance is indeed dense and bright. In winter, it unfolds as if embracing you, but without overpowering with its strength. Tuberose here sounds very powerful, and the sweetness of peach along with vanilla and white flowers create an interesting cocktail. Osmanthus adds a special note, but overall it's a floral symphony that leaves a slight sadness. I can't say I dislike it completely, but a feeling of melancholy is still there!!!

The bottle, to be honest, isn't impressive. Too pretentious, in my opinion. But the fragrance-that's a different story. Floral, rich, vibrant. Osmanthus and peach clearly stand out, they're hard to miss

The fragrance is undoubtedly beautiful and rich, but it sounds too expensive for its simplicity. It reminds me more of a majestic queen than a young lady. It has creamy tuberose, peaches, a little vanilla, and musk, but something in this combination causes bitterness. I can't shake the feeling that it's too heavy for everyday life 😔

Kilian and Sheba, of course, have something in common, but in reality, they are completely different things, and they are not going to copy each other. I adore Sheba, but this fragrance just isn't for me. And the name, honestly, sounds too pretentious 😒
