To the fragrance:
Jean Couturier Coriandre
This fragrance, without a doubt, evokes mixed feelings. It's gentle and melancholic, but at the same time leaves a feeling of anxiety. A chypre base with light woody notes and bitter herbs creates an atmosphere as if you are in a fog 🌫️ The floral notes here are not bright, rather they seem to hide in the shadows. Aldehydes, which I usually can't stand, sound quite pleasant here, but here's the problem - the fragrance doesn't last long on the skin at all. I'll have to reapply it more often so as not to lose this magic 😔
To the fragrance:
Oriflame Mirage Daydream
A completely different scent than the green Mirage. This one seems sweetish, while that one was more balsamic. You can really pick up notes of vanilla, cream, and even cocoa here. It's just like a dessert, but I can't figure out if I like it or not 🤔
