To the fragrance: Cartier Panthere

The scent is undoubtedly rich and opulent, but there's something overly pretentious about it. It seems to scream luxury and status, but in reality, it leaves a feeling of emptiness. The modern version is interesting, of course, but I can't shake the thought that it's just a show. As if something darker is hidden behind all this glitter. I don't know how this version smells, but there's definitely something oppressive about it!!

The fragrance reminds me of sweet blackcurrant jam, but with an unpleasant burnt note. You can feel a bit of bergamot and vanilla in it, but that doesn't save the situation. Overall, I can't say it's anything outstanding, just another attempt to make something "luxurious," but in reality, it's just a disappointment.

To the fragrance: Van Cleef & Arpels Tsar

How wonderful that this fragrance is so well-made, seemingly from natural components! It's as if it lives its own life, somewhere near, yet so close that you barely feel it. Like an invisible companion who is always with you but doesn't impose itself. I can't say it tries to attract attention or get closer - it just exists, and that's wonderful. No individual notes stand out, everything sounds like a single, monolithic, and harmonious whole. People around note its refreshing, beautiful, woody, and classic character. Even friends asked what this marvel was, they liked it so much! But women, it seems, didn't pay attention to it. But, honestly, that's not important to me - the main thing is that it pleases me

The fragrance turned out quite light and sweetish, with notes of pear and ginger, as well as woody accents. While it's not as captivating as the classic versions, fans of this series might enjoy it

This isn't just lily, but a whole luxurious bouquet of snow-white flowers! For me, it was initially associated with sweet jasmine, but then, when I looked at the composition, I noticed how brightly the tart notes of lily emerge

Sweet, citrusy, fresh - yes, that's all about it. Gentle, cute, but honestly, nothing outstanding. A summer option that will suit many, but for me, it just flew by. It didn't repel me, but it didn't stick in my memory either

To the fragrance: Carven Paris Mascate

This fragrance is indeed dense and rich, with oriental notes. It's sweet and powdery, creating an interesting sensation. You can clearly smell rose mixed with spices and vanilla, as well as tonka beans and amber. A slight hint of citrus zest and tart geranium is also present. Overall, it's a serious and deep fragrance

Modern fragrances, of course, are different from what they used to be. Can't do anything about it, we're all influenced by fashion. Among the new ones, I liked Eau Sauvage the most, it's somehow close...

Why was the little bottle empty? Maybe the museum guards decided to empty it? 🤔
