I started with a 5 ml sample. At first, the fruits in the top notes confused me a bit, and I almost decided not to wear it. But over time, I realized there's something special about this perfume: the base, the sillage, and how it develops on the skin are simply magnificent! It's truly a chic and feminine fragrance with a long sillage. It's long-lasting but not intrusive, unlike many others. I don't detect roses and honey, as some enthusiasts do. For me, it's a bright, sharp fruity-floral chypre with cold, crystalline flowers. It's not a sweet compote, but an elegant and fresh floral perfume. The fruits quickly disappear, and a real floral-musky extravaganza begins. The scent is versatile and very long-lasting, it's now among my favorites!

I have a complicated relationship with this perfume. At first, it brought joy, but over time, some old-fashioned notes started to appear. The fragrance is undoubtedly beautiful - jasmine, sandalwood, woody accents. That's exactly what I like. But over time, it became too saturated with patchouli, too dramatic and strict, as if it belonged to another era. Although I've kept it for only three years in a dark, dry place, as it should be. I don't understand what happened to it. Overall, it was always an evening, demanding scent, not for everyday wear, you wouldn't wear it with jeans. Its longevity and sillage are impressive, it smells expensive. I'm taking a star off because it didn't become a favorite. Although I know it has its fans. Try it, maybe you'll like it

Rose in perfumery isn't my favorite, with the exception of a couple of fragrances like Ajmal and French Leather by Memo. But during a sale, I couldn't resist and bought Splendida Iris and Rose, even though I'm not a fan of these notes myself. I've tried the rose several times, and overall, it's not bad. Not too sweet, quite delicate, with a slight tartness, possibly from blackberry. In the base, I can feel my beloved vetiver. The patchouli here isn't too intrusive, and I didn't notice mandarin at all. This fragrance isn't for summer - it might be suffocating. I think those who love rose will definitely like it

What a cool unisex scent! First, you feel the spice and musk, and then a sweetish wood appears. Floral notes are almost imperceptible, but that doesn't bother me. You wouldn't call it complex, but after the first test, I immediately ordered a full-size bottle, and I'm not giving it to my husband! 😄 I adore such oriental woody fragrances! The longevity is simply superb; it fades faster from the skin, but lasts all day on hair and clothes. Simple, but very pleasant, without harsh oriental spiciness. For that, I confidently give it a five! 🌟

The scent indeed evokes mixed feelings. I can't say I outright liked it, but there's something intriguing in its development. First, there's a sharpness, like pine needles with the tartness of prune, and then sandalwood with spices appears. In the end, it becomes softer and creamier, as if it's powdered. An association came to mind: I imagine drinking plum liqueur in a forest, and the scent of powder lingers around. In short, three words: pine needles, prune, and powder. The scent isn't too loud, after several hours it becomes close to the skin. It's not entirely my choice, but there are two more seasons left, and I'm interested to try it in a different setting. The perfume is multifaceted, and that's intriguing. I recommend trying it to broaden your perfume horizons)))

I bought this fragrance, swayed by a discount and the description on Fragrantica. I was expecting a floral-woody-musky bouquet, but in reality, it turned out to be floral-powdery. I'm not really friends with this type of scent, but to my surprise, it didn't cause repulsion. Green notes are noticeable but don't dominate, as expected. Iris is clearly at the forefront here - powdery and monotonous. I don't smell mimosa, and the woody base is very weak. Longevity is below average. I don't regret the purchase, as my friend was happy with the gift. But I wouldn't call this fragrance a masterpiece. For me, it's a 3 or 4, but lovers of powdery and iris scents might like it - the iris is realistic, not synthetic, and not stuffy. Better to test before buying )

Ordered for my husband to try, to share. After testing, the fragrance appealed not only to him but to me too. In the end, we got a full-size bottle for two))) It's tart, with spices, typical for Montale, easily recognizable, nothing complicated or mysterious. But there's a charm to it, and it's really good! 😊 1. Lifts the mood; 2. Contains favorite notes; 3. The longevity is simply impressive. Best suited for transitional seasons. I recommend using it in everyday life, but in small amounts, like everything from Montale, otherwise it might be overwhelming
