To the fragrance: Van Cleef & Arpels Oriens

This Oriens is just terribly cloying! Although my daughter liked it. But for me, this fragrance is a real torture. Not a chypre, but an oriental-sweet one, with some nasty note that makes it simply unbearable. I even asked my daughter not to use it when I'm at her place!!! And then I go into the bathroom and see it there. I ask: "Well, how is it?" She replies that she can't stand it, a completely unbearable fragrance
