Start is fresh, masculine, reminiscent of the main scent, but richer in flowers and lighter, maybe tea. Then almost like the original, pleasant sillage

In this unassuming bottle, resembling a pharmacy vial, hides a light green infusion of herbs and leaves, crafted for those who feel down in winter. It's like a salvation from gloomy days when the sun brings no joy. A recipe from Sonia Constant worth trying in bleak times. Yes, such things can truly inspire

In Gigi, tuberose doesn't sound like a majestic singer performing a habanera. It's more like a young girl whispering something to her companion in an old hall of a forgotten gallery. There's something trembling and light about it, yet at the same time sad, like a memory of something that can no longer be brought back 🌸

The choice of splash bottles might be due to age or just some stubbornness that's hard to explain. Even though they're not the most convenient for use and storage, I still bought Red Poppy in that format. A bottle with a ground glass stopper and 10 milliliters of fragrance suited me just fine at the time. As for the perfume itself, it has nothing in common with retro scents from the 70s. No power of Red Moscow or the heaviness of Pikovaya Dama. It's a spicy, honeyed, and enveloping scent that long delights me with its floral sweetness from my wrist. It has a soft, even powdery character, the sillage isn't loud but very pleasant and completely unrecognizable. Now I have two tasks: to find glass dabbers that have disappeared from pharmacies, and a seller for a second bottle like this )

To the fragrance: Mugler Naughty Fruity

I have a violet. When I try Naughty Fruity, it gives off a sweet soft tobacco scent from the garden. But the cellophane note annoys me! It repels and attracts at the same time. I don't get what the hell. I walk around tormented: what is this nonsense? The violet will soon run out, and thank God )

To the fragrance: Brocard Pavlova

Brocard pleases by filling mass-market shelves with pretty decent scents. I tried Ethno and Casual by Oksana Robski - no complaints. And now the new Pavlova. It smells like a sweet green apple, as if it's been sliced and sprinkled with sugar and vanilla. The bottle also looks quite elegant, unlike the thick bottles from Les Parfums de Rosine
