Hugo Boss Hugo Just Different
I remember being given this fragrance in 2012, and back then I didn't appreciate it. The scent was too sweet and bright, something like a spicy madness. In the end, I just re-gifted it and forgot about it. But now 8 years have passed, and I decided to try it again. And, lo and behold, I actually liked it! It's not that sweet fragrance that makes your teeth ache, nor is it so spicy that it makes your head spin. Rather, it's fresh with a light spiciness. The apple and mint note here combine simply gorgeously and remind me of a classic Hugo Boss. What do I mean by "classic Hugo Boss"? It's when a fragrance doesn't overwhelm your nose, isn't cloyingly sweet, and suits any season and situation. You can wear it with a suit, for a walk, or in everyday life. That's exactly why I value "boss" fragrances. This particular fragrance has become an excellent everyday option for me. Yes, some might find it simple, especially after an hour when the notes quiet down, but if you love versatile perfumes and enjoy apple with mint, you should definitely give it a try
