Introducing Brocard Color Feeling Green, a men's eau de toilette released in 2020.
This fragrance is part of the Color Feeling collection from the brand Brocard, a modern custodian of the Russian perfume legend since 2000, which combines traditions and innovations in each of its creations.
The Color Feeling collection explores emotions through a color palette, and the green shade symbolizes freshness, nature, and renewal, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the early 2020s when perfumery increasingly turns to natural motifs.
Brocard Color Feeling Green belongs to the Green and Woody families, offering a fresh, natural sound.
Its composition harmoniously includes notes from the groups of green, woody, citrus, spicy, mineral, and fairy, creating a multifaceted bouquet reminiscent of a walk in the forest after rain.
Although the note pyramid is not divided into clear levels, the mixed chords ensure a smooth unfolding from refreshing initial tones to a warm base, making the fragrance dynamic and engaging for daily wear.
Brocard Color Feeling Green is positioned as a men's fragrance, suitable for confident, modern men who value natural elegance.
In the eau de toilette format, it has a moderate concentration and a barely perceptible sillage, making it ideal for the office, daily meetings, or informal events.
The fragrance unfolds particularly well in the spring-summer season, harmonizing with warm weather and adding a light coolness to any look.
For optimal use, it is recommended to start with 2-3 sprays, adjusting the dosage based on personal sensations, as there is no precise data on application to skin and clothing.
The creation of this fragrance was overseen by the renowned perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour, known for his complex, multi-layered compositions.
His involvement gave Brocard Color Feeling Green a unique character, combining green, woody, and spicy notes in a modern interpretation, which enhances Brocard's positioning as a brand striving for quality and innovation.
This release reflects the brand's DNA, combining Russian traditions with international trends, and demonstrates how collaboration with leading masters can bring a fresh breath to perfume collections.

The fragrance has medium longevity and lasts on the skin for about 5-6 hours, gradually revealing its notes and leaving a pleasant impression
A subtle trail—just a hint of fragrance
The perfume has a fresh scent that is not too intense, so it does not overwhelm those around you with strong essences
A light and elegant fragrance with harmonious richness—the perfect balance between the depth of eau de parfum and the freshness of cologne
Fragrances for spring and summer unfold with light citrus notes, floral and fruity accords, filling the composition with freshness, airiness, and a feeling of carefree lightness on warm days
The note pyramid of Brocard Color Feeling Green is an exquisite blend of accords, where each note contributes uniquely to the overall harmony.
The fragrance opens with fresh and airy notes of aldehydes and bergamot, creating a light, almost ozone-like opening.
Then, green accents of grass and wormwood (artemisia) unfold, complemented by delicate violet and spicy nutmeg, adding depth and warmth.
In the base of the fragrance, woody tones of cedar and sandalwood take root, providing stability and longevity, while ozone permeates the entire composition, reminiscent of the freshness after a thunderstorm.
This combination creates a dynamic and multifaceted bouquet, smoothly transitioning from the initial freshness to the warm woody base, perfectly embodying the concept of green sensation.

As for the fragrance, it's green and dusty, not cloying, sits close to the skin. This is not the case when you feel the freshness of mint or green tea. The violet, wormwood and aldehydes are a different direction here. If anyone is familiar with Joffrey Bean's Grey Flannel, this is closer to that. Overall, the fragrance is distinctive and wholesome, but the persistence is its only downside. Although, if you consider the price, you can safely turn a blind eye to it.
P.S. There's nothing left of the herlene herba fresco.
