To the fragrance:
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver
The fragrance is classic, of course, but you shouldn't idealize it. I agree that paired with well-ironed trousers and a white shirt, it can look good, but let's not forget it's just perfume. Woody-mossy notes? Yes, they're there, but not as subtle as people say. The sillage is certainly noticeable, but sometimes it's just annoying. Longevity on the skin - that's a yes, but on clothes? Not always. Compliments from colleagues are nice, but don't rely on them too much. The main thing is that it doesn't get boring after a week, but honestly, I don't know if it's worth getting a large bottle. All in all, it's not as good as they describe it )
To the fragrance:
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver Eau de Toilette
The scent is quite soft, especially when compared to another version by this perfumer. But for me, it has its advantages. First of all, its naturalness pleases me. The lemon here is very lively, you can feel the sweetness often added to citrus, and right next to it - the classic bitterness of vetiver. You truly believe such a scent, it feels natural. Citrus takes the main stage in the fragrance, and then gradually it starts to fade and becomes closer to the skin. Its sillage is not strong, rather, it's a light background. Overall, the scent stays close to the body, and as it fades, vetiver and spices are clearly audible, but they are not too bright - quite delicate 🌼
