Avon's Far Away Eau de Parfum is something I sometimes buy when I want something new. The scent is quite rich and memorable, sweetish, with light floral notes, fruits, and woody accents. It differs from many modern sweet perfumes; it blends the most unexpected aromas. I apply it very carefully so as not to cause a sharp reaction from those around me. Its longevity is impressive - it lasts several days on skin and fabric, leaving a trace on scarves and clothes. Its sillage is bright and noticeable, attracting attention. Some people like it, others might not appreciate it, but it certainly doesn't leave anyone indifferent. I think this scent is more suitable for women and older ladies; it's unlikely to interest girls under 25. This is, of course, a personal opinion, but young fashionistas probably won't like it. The bottle with a tassel looks cute, and the 50 ml volume is just enough for winter. I don't wear it in summer because in the heat it becomes too cloying 😔
This isn't the first time I've thought about this eau de toilette. It's really not bad, and the price is pleasing, but the longevity. Sometimes it seems like it's on par with even more expensive niche fragrances. On the skin, it unfolds differently, and that's surprising. On my husband, for example, you can hear the freshness of citruses, and on my brother - spicy notes, like lavender and sage. The result is a rather harmonious combination that, it seems, attracts women. But this longing for something deeper doesn't leave me
