To the fragrance:
Lalique Encre Noire Pour Homme
At first, when I smelled it, I had the sensation of inhaling the scent of damp, rotting wood. You know, like when bark is peeled off a fallen tree? Something similar to that 🌲 And moss growing on trees is also noticeable. This fragrance reminds me of something swampy, but only at the very beginning, when you apply it to the skin or smell it under the cap. And then it starts to change 🌿
To the fragrance:
Boadicea the Victorious Piccadilly
The scent is interesting, of course. But it's somehow rough, with notes of medicine and warm spices. There seems to be harmony, but the feeling of uneasiness doesn't leave me, as if something's not quite right. It smells decent, but I can't say it blew me away. It plays, yes, but richness and charisma somehow passed it by. Overall, I liked it, but with reservations )
To the fragrance:
Oriflame Orange Blossom
This fragrance seems simple, but at the same time, it gives a feeling of comfort and tenderness. At first, bright citrus notes and orange blossom are felt, but they soon fade, giving way to a calm vanilla base. It's suitable for summer days when you want something light and unobtrusive. I can't say for sure if I like it or not, but something about it definitely attracts me
To the fragrance:
Jequiti Diva Chic
This scent, of course, has its pros, but it's clearly not for everyone. The cinnamon here is just off the charts, and it really starts to sting your throat. I prefer when this note is more delicate, but here everything is somehow rough and sharp. I can't say I liked it )
To the fragrance:
Yves Rocher Cerisier en Fleurs
I perceive the entire "Morning Garden" series more as colognes than as eau de toilettes. The scents are light and fresh, ideal for starting the day. Here, you can feel a delicate cherry blossom that pairs perfectly with almond - that's a classic, of course. And the morning greenery creates a special atmosphere, but I don't know if I like it or not
To the fragrance:
Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle Iris Poudre
The powdery iris is truly beautiful, but its melancholic character might initially deter some. Detachment and sadness are felt in the fragrance, but it's precisely in early spring, when the temperature isn't above +5, that it unfolds especially magnificently
