Rodriguez's fragrances usually don't have a great sillage, and this one is no exception 😅 On the blotter, a bright pine scent is immediately noticeable, and on the skin, it blends with citrus. It's interesting that citrus notes might only appear on certain skin types, even though they're not in the pyramid. The fragrance develops quite quickly on the skin: from sharp initial notes to a softer base. In the heart, there's a woody accord with a slight soapy hint. The base is warm, calm wood. I can't say the fragrance is bad, it's just not for me 😊
This isn't just a scent, it's torture for the nose. I hate it, it presses on my brain like someone's driven a nail into my head. These aldehydes, jasmine, and all that other nonsense are just a nightmare. How can anyone love this? If you don't like it, it means you just don't understand what good perfume is. In college, I was an idiot when I first "understood" it, and I still can't believe I once thought it was normal. Now, when I smell it, it just makes me sick 🤢
Tuberose and jasmine here are simply magnificent, and truffle adds an interesting accent. Bergamot perfectly balances it, preventing the fragrance from becoming too cloying. It's sweet, but at the same time fresh. Sometimes I get the feeling there are hints of marshmallow in it
I bought it for my husband, but he didn't appreciate it. At first, I thought about regifting it, but then I got hooked myself. The fragrance is simply gorgeous, sharp and tart, with a slight bitterness and a wonderful tobacco note that isn't overwhelming. Truly masculine, but it also develops beautifully on female skin
This version is just terribly spicy. Notes of cinnamon and clove hit you in the nose, and the pepper here is just off the charts. This line is a complete miss for me, I don't understand how anyone can wear this 😤
It's sad to remember this fragrance. Sweet-powdery notes envelop, familiar soft musk. It conveys femininity, but something is missing. Tasty, but not like before
The pyramid here is essentially the same, and that's a mistake in my opinion. The scent reminds me of Nina Ricci's classic apple, but it feels like it's been watered down. Maybe someone will find something in it for themselves, but for me, it's too chemical!!!

The fragrance really attracts with its playful base. I agree, the opening might not seem the most comfortable, but it quickly reveals its facets. In winter, fougères sound especially bright and clean....
