Cindy Adams was born in New York on April 24, 1930. Cindy Heller attended Andrew Jackson High School but left at age 15 without a diploma: although she had no issues with knowledge, the administration considered her education incomplete because Cindy couldn't … sew.
Later, Cindy worked as a fashion model in Manhattan. She met Joey Adams on a radio show, and a year later, on February 14, 1952, they married on Valentine's Day. Her husband was a humor writer who wrote a column for the New York newspaper "Long Island Press." Until his death in 1999, Joey and Cindy were happy together. Unfortunately, the marriage was childless.
Cindy Adams is famous as a journalist and writer. She currently writes a gossip column for the "New York Post" and appears on the WNBC TV show "Sunday Today." Sidney lives and works in a nine-room penthouse, which was purchased by the couple in 1997 from the successor of billionaire Duke. To this day, parties in this apartment serve as a reliable source of information for her gossip column. In 1997, Cindy Adams released an exquisite women's fragrance called Gossip.
