The updated 2014 version of Volare is simply awful. The bottle looks like it was cobbled together from Solo Rosa by Luciano Soprani. And as for the scent itself, I can't say anything at all, because it's just not memorable
This scent didn't work for me at all. Compared to the one in the dark bottle, it's simply awful. If the sweetness there was refined, here it's screechy and even vulgar. Too cloying and flat, simply unbearable )
This fragrance reminds me of something that was once bright, but is now just a faint trace. The freshness it promises actually feels like a blurred echo of something more real. The tea-citrus note sounds too artificial, as if someone tried to create something unique, but ended up with something ordinary 😔
In this fragrance, white flowers, sweet citruses, and wood with a bright resinous touch blend together. It's truly a modern oriental that's easy to recognize, yet it smells very soft and delicate 🌸
The scent is interesting, bright citruses, but there are also powdery floral accents. The base has a silky vanilla, which is nice, but the longevity leaves much to be desired 😕
A fragrance that doesn't quite fit the Montale style. It lacks the brightness and strength one is accustomed to. The scent is very restrained and noble. Sweet almond combined with a soft, milky, and musky vanilla base creates an atmosphere of comfort. This is clearly a feminine perfume that gives a feeling of warmth and tenderness
What a load of rubbish, not a scent at all! Vetiver just dominates here, and its tartness really grates on your nerves. Rose, sure, it's there, but it's so faint it doesn't even save the situation. Citrus peel? Yeah, it's like it just accidentally wandered in. All in all, the scent is weird and totally unbearable
