Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Pour Elle Light evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Annayake comes through in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette keeps the right density and pace of development.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Wood, Amber and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Middle indicates a stable lasting impression.

In the top tier you catch radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Bergamot, Elemi, Fig and Lemon.

At the core of development you notice Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Rose, Violet and Water Lily keeping a velvety rose-iris direction.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Citrus, Balsamic, Fruit and Whiteflower. The palette also extends to Floral, Ambery, Wood and Musk.

Taken together Pour Elle Light holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Fatty fig, and with spicy woody notes that are truly resinous and warm. The fragrance is, of course, beautiful and unusual, but there's this bitter aftertaste. It seems insignificant, but it gives the scent a certain strangeness. There's also a watery floral nuance that, by the way, adds coolness. For me, this perfume is simply a mystery. I can't quite figure out when it will unfold perfectly and when it will start to sound strange
