Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Aramis Ice is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Aramis is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Cosmetic enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. For persistence Middle points to a sustained drydown presence.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a creative conceptual mood: Aldehydes, Ambergris, Lavender, Orange and Patchouli.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Fairy, Ambery, Green and Citrus. The palette also extends to Wood.

In summary Aramis Ice reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This scent brings back memories of a time when my only worries were lessons and art school classes. It reminds me of sharp soap that goes into some strange dimension, either freshness or an unclear sweetness. But for me, the main thing is that feeling of soap 😄
