The composition of Déclaration d'Amour is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Cartier is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette supports the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Wood without random overlap. Additional accords such as Powdery, Amber, Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is masculine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
