The year 2019 gave us Hibiscus Abelmoschus Chloé. By character, a feminine fragrance drawing from the musk and floral families. Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Hibiscus Abelmoschus evolves as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Chloé comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports the depth and body this composition needs.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Floral, Whiteflower and Musk. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral and Musk.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a multi-layered petal mood: Hibiscus. Here 1 note works as one coherent layer, forming romantic softness that reads as cohesive from the start.

The deeper layers are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Floral without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

I tried a sample and, honestly, it quickly slipped my mind. The fragrance isn't the most outstanding in this line, of course, but it's not a complete failure either. The quality is top-notch, you can tell it's not cheap. However, if bitter and green notes aren't your thing, then, like me, you probably won't like it

Hibiscus is a note that, as it turns out, is not for me. Instead of feeling a delicate, moist flower with fruity notes, I perceive bitter, tart green stems. Yes, that's exactly it, and, all in all, it's not bad - another fragrance that doesn't fit my budget ))
