Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Heliotrope Gingembre is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Fragonard is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot and Orange.

When the opening settles you notice Apple, Cinnamon, Ginger and Rose holding a spicy-aromatic direction.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit without random overlap. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Middle points to a sustained drydown presence.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Citrus, Fruit, Spicy and Floral. It also reaches into Sweet, Gourmet and Whiteflower.

Taken together Heliotrope Gingembre holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent is really very soft and pleasant, it doesn't feel heavy. It gives warmth and comfort, like a hug. I can smell almond, even though it's not in the description, which adds an interesting touch. Overall, it's just a wonderful and comforting scent that makes me happy )

The smell is really interesting. It's hard to immediately understand what it is: a spicy dessert with ginger or something else. Apples, it seems, are also present, and caramel adds sweetness. Delicious, but there's something mysterious about this scent. I can't say I completely love it, but I can't say it repels me either. Overall, it's a mixed feeling, but definitely worth trying!

Heliotrope and ginger are really noticeable. I expected the scent to be light and airy, but it turned out quite rich because of the cinnamon and almond powder, which, even though it's not in the pyramid, comes through very strongly. I would've liked it if it weren't for these sweetish floral notes that somehow just don't blend with everything else 🌸

The heliotrope here is simply gorgeous, and the spices with ginger add an interesting touch to it. The fragrance is truly harmonious, delicate, and iridescent. Though, to be honest, "delicacy" is generally about all Fragonard products; I already have only positive associations with this word. The longevity of the fragrance is excellent, but the sillage, alas, isn't impressive - it's only noticeable at arm's length, no further

They sent a catalog with four new samples, the first one being heliotrope. I adore it! I couldn't quite get a good read on it because the perfume ended up on a napkin. I can say it's super long-lasting. At first, the scent is natural, floral, heliotropic, and in the base, it's a bit woody. I really liked it, I think I'll buy it
